Building!

So yesterday and today were our first two build days. Yesterday we got in an hour before the rain started. Kinda stunk we couldn't build.

Today though was a great day, about 8 hours of work. Sunny, hot and we got a lot done. As you can see from the pictures we got all the outside walls up and pretty much all the inside walls up. It all went pretty smooth. Not too many re-dos for us.

This is our last night in Chapel Hill. Tomorrow we ride to Winston-Salem. 85 miles and I think it's going to be a little hilly. It will be good to get back to riding.
This was the day it rained. The foundation and floor were already in. In this picture is Lance, Angela and Renee. Oh, the one in blue was our site supervisor

Well, that's all for now.

Later,

Dave

Hey Dave, Very cool! Looks like a nice place to build a home. I love the trees.
I'm curious, why is it that some of the pictures you post can not be viewed in full res?
Take care.

You are the man! I have been all over North Carolina and have seen some of the places you are riding through. So beautiful. Missing you here but excited that you are experiencing some life changing things. May God bless every ounce of sweat you pour out for others on this trip.

My dad was saying something about the pics. I'm not really sure why. I upload them all the same way.

Dave!!
I just wanted to tell you that we at FUSE and Bible study miss you a lot!! We have had a few "schedule" issues and setup issues at church (arg!) but we're surviving. I'm so glad to see that you are having a great time. We are continuing to pray for your safety and for "finding your purpose" on this trip. Can't wait to see more updates.
~Jodie (and the rest of the FUSE/Bible study peeps)

PS: You needs some pics with you in them!!
